Sensō-ji's Pagoda + Tokyo Skytree

2 years, 9 months

When it comes to anachronisms, Japan is one of the best places to capture this particular phenomenon - traditional houses, shrines and temples stand side by side to skyscrapers and other modern structures everwhere you go. Once again, this photo was planned before i arrived in Japan, as I had wanted to capture the contract between Tokyo Skytree and the pagoda of the Sensō-ji temple since I first noticed the opportunity on Google Street View.
