Locals know this spot as Castle Hill. It was once a place where you could get a hefty fine for trespassing. Now, it is officially open to the public and is know as the Hope Outdoor Gallery. It is a favorite spot for locals and visitors, for its great views and color. Artists spray or plaster their creations, and a new layer of paint seems to cover it each day. It is a nearly perfect symbol of booming Austin, as its bones stay the same, but its face is changing rapidly everyday.
