Less than 30 miles from Los Angeles sits one of America's most beautiful stretches of land: Angeles National Forest – a stunning 700,000 acre national park with a diverse landscape ranging from towering mountains and pines to and arid desert-like landscapes covered in cacti. This photo was taken in the San Gabriel Mountains near Tujunga, CA as dramatic clouds created a moody sunset. A thin light break near the horizon led way to a striking view of the fading valley below.
