Some Walk Free, Some Not

Another from Budapest train station,July 2015, just as the refugee issue was coming to attention.I noticed this Afghan refugee sitting on the stairs to the platforms,texting for about 30 minutes, completely oblivious to the hundreds of travellers passing by.I approached him and from what i understood,he was texting his girlfriend who was already in Germany.He was waiting to get permission to move on to be united with her.
