Winter Flight

A small chickadee waiting for an opportunity to dive in for more seeds. My Dad has a large bird feeder in our yard that regularly hosts many small birds, including a woodpecker! There are so many birds that he refills the feeder at least 3 or 4 times a week. I was lucky enough to capture this image of a chickadee before my hands froze off!
