A Monastary Sits On It
3 years, 10 monthsThe Grand Meteoron Monastary sits atop a massive colun of rock overlooking the whole of Meteora and Kalabaka. From below it is an amazing scene but from up there it is even more amazing. A UNESCO world heritage site it is understandable as to why the place was given such a status.
