Wind-blown heron
11 yearsThis blue heron was waiting patiently on a pier at Gulf Shores for a fisherman to leave a fish loose long enough for it to have a quick snack. It was a rather gusty day and the heron had to stand knock-kneed to keep from being blown off of his perch.
