Liquor lady in Tungamalenga

4 years, 1 month

It was our honeymoon; me and my wife took a little walk at a tiny village, called Tungamalenga, close to Ruaha NP in Tanzania. This woman was making, selling, and drinking a local liquor made from bamboo juice. People there are very shy if you ask them for a photo. It was dark in the room so I yanked up the ISO and quickly took this shot. The woman was very excited to see her photo in my camera. The liquor tasted better than it smelled.
