Fronds

4 years, 2 months

Fronds on a large "macho fern" back lit by the evening sunlight. These are very large fronds and since it's positioned near one of my hummingbird feeders the hummers have started hiding in it while they ambush each other at the feeder. You can hardly spot them back in the dense foliage and all of a sudden there's movement in the fern and a hummingbird darts out. Quite a show.
