Six-Spotted Tiger Beetle
7 years, 9 monthsThis is a Six-Spotted Tiger Beetle I located while hiking in the Busch Conservation Area in Missouri. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to photograph beautiful, metallic, green insect. You'll notice the six small, white spots on the back of its carapace.
