Sleeping carousel.
4 years, 6 monthsWith the Palace of Justice behind it and a few 100 feet from Castel Sant'Angelo on the edge of the Tiber river, an antique carousel gets its beauty sleep. Perhaps these nightly rests have contributed to its longevity; it continues to girate since the 1700s.
