big leaf tiny hand

4 years, 7 months

I recently took my camera and my son to the botanical garden for some exploration. When we came across this incredible plant, I took many photos of it alone. We walked on but something kept nagging at my mind so we turned back and asked my child to place his hand alongside the leaf. I wanted to see the juxtaposition of his lighter smoother skin against the dark, veiny lines of the lead and of course provide some much needed perspective.
