10 years, 11 monthsThe Green Heron are very fast birds. This a tipical "fishing pose", they can be long time quiet, wait for a small frog, fish and bug.I set Iso 400 and shutter speed 1/800 sec to freeze the motion, but I helped it with a power flash with beamer
