The New Holland Honeyeater
4 years, 8 monthsThe New Holland Honeyeater is a very small nectar eating bird common to coastal heathland in the southern regions of Australia. This is a very young one..... probably hatched earlier this summer. Like many small birds, they contort themselves if necessary to gather the all important nectar.
