Many Seasons
4 years, 12 monthsThis giant sentinel stood along my way up a mountain in the Sierra Nevada. I could tell that this beautiful creature had seen many seasons in its long life. I was off trail by many miles, and wondered when the last human set foot near this tree. I love this photo because I think it perfectly captures the feel of a summer day in the mountains.
