The Old Place on the Corner

I have lived near this house for almost 30 years and this was the first time I took the time to photograph it. I tried it in black and white after the reds in the bricks seemed to overpower the texture of the image and I liked this version better. I think it also gave it the sense of how old the house really is and how well it has been maintained.
