Oradour sur Glane Desourteaux Garage

5 years, 1 month

M. Desourteaux's Garage in Oradour sur Glane (the martyr village) as it was left on 10th June 1944. A timeless memorial of man's inhumanity! Hubert Desourteaux was the son of the mayor and managed to hide eventually making his way to safety. The whole village was burnt to the ground and most villagers massacred. Souviens-Toi! Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose! (Remember! The more it changes, the more it's the same thing!) If you wish to know more see here: http://www.oradour.info/
