The grandstand at the world’s largest floating platform in Marina Bay, Singapore, provides a display of vivid colours and endearing orderliness. Significant events such as Passing Out Parades for boys from their Basic Military Training during mandatory National Service stints, and National Day Parades, are held at the 30,000-seater venue. I was walking around the area and was just struck by a certain visually enticing pattern that emerged.
