5 years, 2 monthsI think this is an amaranth. Amaranth is an interesting plant. The Aztecs used the seed like a cereal grain. It can also be used as a leafy vegetable. If this is indeed amaranth, this particular specimen is probably purely ornamental and likely not a good candidate for eating.
