Dusk Patrol

This is a shot I took when arriving back to the camper park after visiting Mount Cook on my recent trip to New Zealand. These pheasaants were busy with their afternoon foraging in the long grass. This slope bordered the highway and the pheasant at the top seemed to be on lookout duties.
