5 years, 5 monthsA food hawker in one of the colourful food streets in Xiamen, Fujian province, China. She is selling chou toufu or smelly beancurd, a favourite delicacy among the local residents. You need to acquire a taste for this 'delicacy' as it leaves an awful after-taste in your mouth. A flavour that is close to eating rotten/ decaying food found in a dump.
