THe Columbia Slough
5 years, 8 monthsA bypass waterway that runs parallel to the Columbia River. This particular spot is in between heavy industrial buildings. I often see Blue Herons here. The contrast of environments is evident when you take a close look at the waters edge. Trash is rampant as I am sure the rats are too.
