Imagine if...everyone had to live in a house they could actually afford and then had to push it on a cart to their plot of land and build it. There is no credit in Myanmar, so if you want something, even a house, you buy it with whatever cash you have. Imagine feeling so proud to have this tiny bamboo house that you'd push it down the street while smiling ear to ear. In the western world we often get far more than we can afford, more space than we need and are depressed because we want more.
