Circle of Life in Denali
5 years, 10 monthsWhile photographing in Denali NP this fall we happened upon this red fox chasing an Arctic ground squirrel. This fellow is constantly storing for winter and unfortunately for the squirrel he is the appetizer for all the carnivores around. Though cruel to our eyes it is the balance of nature. I am presenting the chase in a series of shots.
