The Torre del Oro!

1 month, 2 weeks

The Torre Del Oro of Sevilla, in the Andalusian region of southern Spain. This dodecagonal building was built in the 13th century and served as both a watch tower and a prison. I took this picture on Thursday, the 1st August 2019, during an evening stroll along the river Guadalquivir. It was a beautiful evening and I loved how the evening sunlight illuminated this majestic tower to give it a golden hue.
