A Visit To Pangong Pso , India

1 month, 2 weeks

The photo is of the beautiful landscape surrounding the Pangong Lake which is in Ladakh, India. Being situated at high altitude the temperature drops rapidly so being outdoors for a longer time tends to get hard. However, for this scene I was able to bear the cold and the harsh wind and went on to capture the moment. The lake is worshipped by Buddhist Monks and no one is permitted to dip into the water. In Ladakh there is a saying which goes as " Real Ladakh begins when roads end "......so true.
