2 months, 1 weekA very traditional Rajasthani Entree, Gatte and Puri. The entree is made of Gram Flour, it requires intensive preparation and cooking. It has a very distinct nutty flavor. I make it only when I am in very good mood and have a whole evening to myself in my kitchen.
