Snowy Owl
6 monthsLast year there was an unusually large amount of snowy owls in the area. This one was sitting on a lighting post at the local airport right next to the road. I assume this one made out ok others did not fair so well. I am told they like the areas around airports due to the fact it looks like tundra, their natural habitat.
