One afternoon

6 months

This was Saturday‎, ‎April‎ ‎6‎, ‎2019 at 4:15 PM. The afternoon sunlight was still bright, so I lowered the blinds in my room and as I did that, I saw this beautiful soft light reflecting through the blinds, illuminating the room. I looked at it for a while before taking this photo – I loved the light, the lines and the layers...

I like Your Shot photographer Sukanya De's comment: "I love how the beautiful soft light filtering through the blinds adds to the vivid lines in the frame — from the blinds, folds of the curtains, edges of the books, and on the table top. I feel I am lost in the fascinating layers of light and shadows, pleasantly discovering these thoughtful nuances in black and white. I applaud you for observing the amazing light in this daily moment and transforming it into an extraordinary piece of art!"
