Tug Boat Love

9 months, 2 weeks

During the Camp Fire, smoke traveled to the Bay Area, which made the landscapes change drastically. I was driving along the Bay when I saw these two tug boats anchored together and immediately saw a monochrome 16:9 photo in my mind's eye. All of the photos I made during the smoke from the Camp Fire have added meaning and symbolism. I like to think that this photo is a reminder to stay together and support each other. It makes us safer in the moment and stronger in the future.
