Camel Races at Sunrise

1 year, 7 months

I was told there was going to be an epic camel race at sunrise that only happens once a year. The King himself was going to be there so of course I hitched a ride through the desert first thing to capture the festivities. The camels are trained by the local Bedouin people and are controlled by handmade wiping devices that strap to their back. I was blown away by how fast they were and how crazy the Jordanian men would get following them in the dust in their beat up trucks going 50mph.
