Kathmandu Kid

1 year, 7 months

My first trip to Kathmandu changed my life. Never had I imagined that I'd find such peace and tranquillity in a place so polluted and chaotic. That's the juxtaposition that makes Nepal so fascinating and magnetic. Then you throw in incredible hospitality and delicious food and you have a truly remarkable destination. After many return trips I've found that this duality has taught me an important lesson; that serenity and contentment can be found even in the midst of extreme external chaos.
