Serpentine Flow

2 years, 4 months

A large Boa constrictor making its way along the banks of a river in the Peruvian jungle. I wanted to show the motion of both the water and the snake so I used a much slower shutter speed than I would normally have when photographing wildlife, then added just a bit of flash to freeze the details of the face and keep the eye sharp.
