Beauty in the mundane
2 years, 4 monthsIn a swift and casual movement, a novice monk spreads out his chiselled arms, arranges the sheer robes. Thin and somewhat translucent, the religious garment rests on his arms as if a wing of a butterfly. My finger presses the shutter intuitively to capture this casual gesture and immortalising this fleeting moment. Celebrating the beauty in the mundane gestures of everyday.
