This is half of the tail of an 80 ft blue whale that washed up on the beach in Bolinas, CA. The other half was buried in the sand. I would estimate the tail at its half is 6 to 7 ft long. The rest of the poor creature is too gruesome to post. Quite an impressive sight to see.
