The church built in the now defunct village of Pominovec during the 12th century. The national cultural monument of the Romanesque period is one of the oldest building monuments in Slovakia. It is inconspicuous in the field road in the cadastral village of Sedmerovec. After the demise of the village due to the events of the war and the floods, only the Church of St. John the Baptist, adjacent cemetery.
