During the early hours the sun broke through the heavy clouds above Vestfjorden in Northern Norway. Vestfjorden is the fjord that devide Lofoten from the mainland. This fjord is a great place for cod fishing which is also one of the main incomes for Lofoten. Early morning haze surrounds the mountains at the mainland and a lonely ship is out on the fjord to catch cod.
